Description
Clinical history : A 79 year old patient presented with hemoptysis and was treated for Tuberculosis.
An ulcer on the left calcaneus and a fracture on the left tibia were noted both of which are mutation scars.
The lungs presented with effusion and a metatatic tumor.
And the left leg was amputated.
Diagnosis: Myelomatosis of the right tibia and calcaneus
