Abstract

Description

Clinical history : An 8 month old with cyanosis 10 days after birth.
Investigation shows a case of dextrocardia with systolic murmur and hemiparesis of th left arm and leg.
A diagnosis of a cyanotic congenital heart disease with dextrocardia and a cerebral embolism was made.
Autopsy findings : 1. Dextrocardia.
2. Fatal abnormal pulmonary veous drainage.
3. Cor Pulmonary.
4. Infundabular pulmonary stenosis.
5. Asplenia.
6. 3 lobes on each lung.
7. Cerebral infarction dur to thrombosis of the left middle cerebral and carotid arteries.
Diagnosis: Dextrocardia with bilocular and total abnormal pulmonary venosus drainage and infundibular pulmonary stenosis
