Clinical history : A 24 year old female in a intoxicated state who had given birth a week prior.
The patient had a temperature of 103 degrees and muscle tension of the abdomen.
Autopsy findings : 1. Typhoid fever.
2. Bronchopneumonia.
Diagnosis: Typhoid enterocolitis
