Description
Clinical history : A 65 year old male with a long history of alcoholism reported an history of malema stool.
Investigation showed enlarged, irregular liver with HBsAg positive and the alpha fetoprotein was high.
Autopsy findings : 1. Hepatocellular carcinoma.
2. Acute bronchitis with bronchopneumonia.
Diagnosis: Hepatocellular carcinoma
