Abstract
Description
Clinical history : A 45 year female with a history of alcoholism and developed ascites and progressive liver failure with jaundice and partial hypertension.
The patient also developed kidney failure and bleeding before death.
Autopsy findings : 1. Acute alcoholic hepatitis with micronodular liver cirrhosis.
2. Focal intra-alveolar bleeding.
3. Acute tubular necrosis.
Diagnosis: Alcoholic hepatitis with micronodular cirrhosis
