dc.descriptionClinical history : A male patient 23-years old developed jaundice of a period of three weeks with cough, haemoptysis and progressive dyspnoea clinical examination showed right ventricular failure, jaundice, diminished respiration over basis of right lung and soft heart sound.
dc.descriptionNo heart murmurs were present.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Acute endomyocardial disease with mural thrombi and embolization to mid en lower lobe of the right lung with infarction.
dc.description2. Right ventricular failure.
dc.description3. Severe centrilobular liver necrosis and jaundice.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis: Idiopathic endomyocardiopathy (Becker's disease)
