Description
Clinical history : A 36 year old male with a history of productive coughing and hemaptesis.
The patient presented with left ventricular failure.
Autopsy findings : 1. Mitral stenosis.
2. Pulmonary stenosis.
3. Hypertrophy and dilation of the heart.
4. Chronic venous congestion.
Diagnosis: 1. Mitral stenosis
2. Pulmonary stenosis 3. General hypertrophy and dilation of the heart.
4. General chronic venous steering
