Description
Clinical history : A 5 year old female with injury due to infection of the right palm.
Drainage and biopsy was later done along with an amputtaion of the middle finger.
Following the diagnosis of pigmented villonodular synovitis and benign synovioma, the right hand became swollen and the fingers could not extend and was thickening and scred on the palm and the proximal part of the fingers.
An amputation of the right hand and distal radius and ulnar was done.
Diagnosis: Epithelioid sarcoma
