Description

Clinical history : A female patient with clinical signs of obstructive jaundice.
She had previous Bilroth II type gastrectomy and repeat laparotomy and intra-operative cholangiogram showed dilatation of ductus choledochus and ductal obstruction in the head of the pancreas.
Pancreatico-duodenectomy was performed
Diagnosis: Carcinoma of head of pancreas.
