Abstract
Description
Clinical history : A 13 year old male with severe upper abdominal pain and weight loss for two months.
A biopsy was done and a diagnosis of malignant lymphoma was made and the patient was treated with chemotherapy.
Autopsy findings : 1. Embryonic sarcoma of the liver.
2. Ascites.
3. Direct infiltration of the inferior vena cava and embryonic sarcoma.
4. Metastatic embryonic sarcoma in the panreas.
5. Acute tubular necrosis.
Diagnosis: Embryonic sarcoma
