Description
Clinical history : A male patient of 57 with history of dysarthria and paresis of 7th cranial nerve and 5th nerve on left side.
Coma developed and airways obstruction necessitated an endotracheal tube.
Autopsy findings : 1. Haemorrhage and infarction in brain in the right thalamus, midbrain and cerebellum.
2. Acute bronchopneumonia.
Diagnosis: Traumatic haemorrhage
