Description
Clinical history : A 63 year old male with a 4 month history of pain in the right lower back region due to a sports injury.
A biopsy was done and a diagnosis of metastatic malignant paraganglioma was made.
The patient experienced severe weight loss and 3cm of liver was palpable and was treated with adriamycin.
Diagnosis: Primary carcinoma
