Description
Clinical history : A 21 year old male with Budd-Chiari syndrome.
A inferior vena cavogram showed no obstruction of the IVC.
Autopsy findings : 1. Venous closure of the liver.
2. Secondary thrombosis of the brnaches of the portal vein.
Diagnosis: Chronic venous closure disease
