Clinical history : A girl I year old with abdominal tumour was clinically diagnosed with right kidney tumour.
Right-sided nephrectomy was done and the tumour was found to be situated in the adrenal gland and causing compression of kidney tissue
Diagnosis: Ganglioneuroblastoma
