Description
Clinical history : A 61-year old female with brain tumour had biopsy diagnosis of glioblastoma multiforme and was inoperable.
Autopsy findings : 1. Glioblastoma multiforme of the left fronto-parietal and occipital lobe of the brain.
2. Pulmonary edema.
3. Bronchopneumonia.
4. Acute renal tubular necrosis.
5. Infarction of hypophysis.
Diagnosis: Glioblastoma multiforme
