Description
Clinical history : A 26 year old patient presented with a solid tumor on the lower portion of the left kidney.
The tumor did not extend past the kidney but there was tangible lymph nodes in the hilum of the kidney.
Diagnosis: Primary papillary kidney carcinoma . Metastatic carcinoma in 9 lymph nodes
