Description

Clinical history : A male patient 67 years old with history of longstanding heart failure.
Examination also showed the presence of emphysema.
Autopsy findings : 1. Centrilobular emphysema of lungs (H. 137).
2. Bronchopneumonia.
3. Large adenoma of right adrenal gland.
4. Post-necrotic liver cirrhosis.
5. Peptic ulcer in stomach
Diagnosis: Cortical adenoma
