Abstract
Description
Clinical history : A male child, thirteen days old with cyanosis since birth.
Congenital heart disease was diagnosed with the possibility of abnormal pulmonary venous drainage.
Autopsy findings : 1. Hypoplastic left heart syndrome.
2. Intra-alveolar pulmonary haemorrhage.
3. Centrilobular liver fibrosis.
4. Acute renal tubular necrosis.
Diagnosis: Hypoplastic left heart syndrome
