Description
Clinical history : A 56 year old male who had a nephrotomy six months ago due to a primary kidney carcinoma.
The patient had now been presenting with a supracondylar outgrowth in the right femur which had spread, leading to an amputation.
Diagnosis: Infiltration of the supracondylar fracture of the right femur with outgrowths of a clear cell carcinoma
