Description
Clinical history : A 20-year old woman with history of jaundice of three months duration and diagnosis of chronic active hepatitis and micronodular cirrhosis after liver biopsy.
Hepato-renal failure with general oedema and ascites developed.
Autopsy findings : 1. Chronic active hepatitis and micronodular liver cirrhosis.
2. Ascites.
3. Cholaemic nephrosis.
Diagnosis: Chronic active hepatitis and cirrhosis
