Abstract
Description
Clinical history : A 9 month old with vomitting and convulsions.
The pateint also had bloody stool and teo days and oliguria.
The blood serum was 255 mg.% with severe asiderosis and blood count showed anemia and peritoneal dialysis had begun.
Autopsy findings : 1. Hemolytic uremia syndrome.
2. Acute tuberculosis necrosis.
3. Effusion in the serous cavity with acute inflammation which a compliaction of the hypoproteinemia following peritoneal dialysis.
4. Bleeding in the internal canal.
Diagnosis: Haemolytic uremic syndrome
