Description
Clinical history : A 24 year old male with heart failure and a kistory of terminal hematuria.
No cause for the heart failure was seen but Bilharziasis ova was found in the urine.
Autopsy findings : 1. Idopathic endomyocardiopathy with mural thrombosis.
2. Chronic venous congestion.
3. Bilharziasis of the bladder.
Diagnosis: 1. Idiopathic endomyocardiopathy.
2. Bilharzial cystitis
