Description
Clinical history : A white male patient 63 years old with right-sided hemibalism but no definite pathology showed on angiogram.
The patient died shortly after admission into hospital.
Autopsy findings : 1. Small cell carcinoma of bronchus in apex of right lung with lymph node metastases in the hilus of the lung.
2. Metastatic carcinoma in brain and cerebellum.
Diagnosis: Metastatic small cell carcinoma of bronchus
