Process and information system design for Aircraft Sales Central’s aviation information system

Abstract

Based on the on-going involvement at Aircraft Sales Central (Pty) Ltd and previous projects done there, an opportunity has arisen to conduct a final year student project for the completion of the requirements of an Industrial Engineering degree. This document provides an overview of the planning of the project and outlines the project aim, project scope, deliverables and a project plan for this project opportunity. The planned project consists of conducting a process and information system design, modelling, redesign, and prototype testing for a new and innovative information system developed for Aircraft Sales Central (Pty) Ltd.
