Abstract
Description
Clinical history : A 59 year old male with hepatomegaly and showed evidence of hepatocellular carcinoma.
The patinet had severe ascites and oesophageal variscies and later died of liver failure.
Autopsy findings : 1. Hepatocellular carcinoma.
2. Micronodular cirrhosis.
3. Metastatic carcinoma in lumoh nodes of the portal hepatis.
4. Hemorrhagic ascites.
5. Oesophageal varices.
Diagnosis: hepatocellular carcinoma with micronodular cirrhosis
