Description
Clinical history : A female child patient who was born cyanotic.
Heart catherisation showed dilation of the right atrium and pulmonary stenosis and thoractomy was done.
Hypoplastic aorta was found with small rudamentary left ventricle.
Autopsy findings : Atresia of the aortic valve with fibro-elasticity of the left ventricle.
Diagnosis: Aortic valve atresia with fibroelastosis of the left ventricle
