Abstract
Description
Clinical history : A white male child 11 year old with long history of epilepsy.
An encephalogram showed absence of corpus callosum and shortly afterwards the patient became comatose and died.
Autopsy findings : 1. Absence of corpus callosum in brain.
2. Cerebral haemorrhage and infarction next to falx cerebri.
3. Bronchopneumonia.
Diagnosis: Absence of corpus callosum
