Description
Clinical history : A new born premature baby was born after 32 weeks gestation; the mother had polyhydramnios since 27 weeks gestation.
An abdominal tumour was diagnosed in the baby with ultrasound examination and at birth she had hypertension and diabetes insipidus.
Computer scan showed right-sided renal tumour with a single area of calcification.
Nephrectomy was done.
Diagnosis: Mesoblastic nephroma
