Description
Clinical history : A 45 year old male with history of myocardial infarction at age 35.
He developed episodes of cerebral ischaemia and died unexpectedly.
Autopsy findings : 1. Several cerebral infarcts.
2. Old thrombotic occlusion of the right coronary artery and transmural infero-septal scar.
Diagnosis: Old transmural inferior septal scar of previous infarction
