Description
Clinical history : The patient was a male 35 years old with Cushing syndrome.
Biochemical investigation lead to clinical diagnosis of adrenal cortical hyperplasia.
Bilateral adrenalectomy was done; the left gland weighed 11g and the right one 11,5g.
Diagnosis: Bilateral adrenal cortical hyperplasia with ACTH-effect and Cushing syndrome
