dc.description.abstractMuch has been made of the skills shortage in South Africa. One of the main factors sited for the government’s inability to get on top of the backlog in infrastructure is the lack of skills in the country. In addition to this, the skills shortage is believed to have an adverse impact on the country’s growth rate.en_US
