Description

Clinical history : An 81 year old with a history of severe dispnea and drumstick fingers and investigations showed a tumor in the left lobe of the lung.
Autopsy findings : 1. Papillary mucinous adenocarcinoma of the left superior loabr bronchus.
2. Obstructive lung syndrome.
3. Lymphangitis carcinoma.
4. Metastatic adenocarcinoma in the liver and mediastinal lymph nodes.
5. Multiple mixed galstones.
Diagnosis: Papillary mucinous adenocarcinoma of the left superior lobar bronchus with obstructive lung syndrome.
Mixed gallstones
