Description
Clinical history : A 47 year old male with kidney transplants and later died of kidney failure.
Autopsy findings : 1. Chronic renal rejection.
2. Renal arterial thrombosis with infarction.
3. Septic venous thrombosis of the renal vein and iliac vessels.
4. Septic pulmonary.
Diagnosis: Chronic rejection with arterial and venous thrombosis and kidney infection
