Description
Clinical history : A male patient 54 years old with headache and left-sided deafness had two episodes of collapse and falling to the left.
Examination showed nystagmus and slight cyanosis.
Autopsy findings : 1. Cardiomegaly and dilatation.
2. Atherosclerosis grade 1-11 in aorta.
3. Aneurysm of left vertebral artery with pressure effect on cerebellum.
Diagnosis: Aneurysm of left vertebral artery with pressure effect on cerebellum
