dc.description.abstractThis paper considers the different aspects and approaches of the Land Reform Programme of South Africa. Although the necessity of the programme is widely accepted by all role-players, the progress has not lived up to the expectations. The reasons for the slow progress and difficulties experienced are discussed.en
