| dc.description.abstract | Asking the right question is the first step to getting the right solution. This Session (2E) will delve into the ability to ask the right questions, geared towards finding mobility solutions to Southern African challenges. This raises two immediate questions. How do we define “mobility” in the Southern African context? And. What are the challenges? Mobility means different things to different people and in terms of different modes of transport. Getting to the root of problems is best served by asking the right questions. | |
