Description
Clinical history : A 28 year old who had an internal resection for reticular cell carcinoma and was treated with radiation and cytostatica.
Autopsy findings : Wide spread metastasis of a reticulum cell carcinoma in the heart, liver, kidneys, ovaries and the lymph nodes in the abdominal cavity.
Diagnosis: Infiltrating dense histiocytic lymphoma
