Description
Clinical history : A 45 year old male with a large liver and paraplegic a.g.v metastasis in the lumbar vertebral column.
A diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma was seen and a vena-cavogram showed a membranous failure of the vena cava.
Autopsy findings : 1. Hepatocellular carcinoma.
2. Membranous failure of the inferior vena cava.
3. Metastsis of hepatocellular carcinoma in the skeleton.
Diagnosis: Membranous closure
