Description

Clinical history : A 60 year old female who had a right masectomy due to a carcinoma of the breast later presented with multiple bone mestastises with vertebral collapse and was treated with chemotherapy.
Autopsy findings : 1. Metastatic breast cancer of the lungs, liver, spleen, pancreas, adrenal glands and lymph nodes.
2. Metastatic carcinoma in the dura.
3. Brown strophy of the heart.
Diagnosis: Metastatic mamma carcinoma in the liver and dura
