Description
Clinical history : A female patient 23 years old with headache attributed to heat stroke.
She went into coma and lumbar puncture indicated subarachnoidal haemorrhage.
Autopsy findings : 1. Aneurysm ofright cerebri media and right temporal haematoma.
2. Co-artation of aorta.
Diagnosis: Co-arctation of aorta and left ventricular hypertrophy.
