Description
Clinical history : A 21 year old with hepato-splenomegaly and jaundice. The patient had progressive anaemia with a leukopenia of 1700 cells per mm.
Autopsy findings : 1. Widespread punctate bleedings.
2. Cell infiltration in the liver, spleen, kidneys and multiple lymph nodes.
3. Myelofibrosis.
Diagnosis: Aleukemic leukaemia with myelofibrosis
