Description

Clinical history : A 26 year old female patient complained of lower abdominal pain at 20 weeks gestation.
During operation bilateral cystic ovaries were found and removed Later the patient aborted a molar pregnancy.
Diagnosis: Granulosa and theca lutein cysts
