Clinical history : A 7 3 year old man with painless obstructive jaundice was diagnosed with carcinoma of the head of the pancreas.
Pancreatico-duodenectomy was done.
Diagnosis: Well differentiated adenocarcinoma of the head of the pancreas with obstruction of ductus choledochal and main pancreatic duct
