Description
Clinical history : An eight year old female child with jaundice since birth, developed clubbing of fingers and toes and signs of heart failure.
Clinical diagnosis of tetralogy of Fallot was made.
The patient died after an attack of severe cyanosis.
Autopsy findings : 1. Tetralogy of Fallot.
2. Intra-alveolar pulmonary haemorrhage.
