Description
Clinical history : A 45 year old male patient with end stage renal failure and hypertension.
He had treatment for tuberculosis for some time and a diagnosis of renal tuberculosis was made.
Bilateral nephrectomy was done and the patient accepted for renal transplantation.
Diagnosis: Analgesic nephrectomy with papillary transitional cell carcinoma in pelvis of left kidney
