Clinical history : A 74 year old female who had been 15 years post-menopausal with complaints of abdominal pain.
Investigation showed a large mass in the pelvis and a large calcified tumor of 20 cm near the fundus of the uterus.
Diagnosis: Calcified leiomyoma
