| dc.description.abstract | Emerging markets through the years has come to have a higher population growth rate, social responsibility encumbrance and higher global competition than developed markets had. Therefore growth and sustainability become two factors which need to be maintained where Social entrepreneurs correctly contribute immensely towards and this can better realised if they are given the right skills.Business Entrepreneurs have been contributors to emerging markets and are recognised as highly necessary to the economy, generally considered as the more glamorous version of Social entrepreneurs.Social Entrepreneurs have a dual opportunity however of being socially focused and economic contributors, however the key question which is constantly asked, why and how? Due to the fact that as they have always been perceived as only social contributors and ‘entrepreneurship’ was a surname they seemed to have inherited without much consideration. The study seeks to identify business entrepreneurship skills which are responsible for their high performance. Thereafter to explore social entrepreneurs in emerging markets, to identify how they are currently achieving high performing results.High performing social entrepreneurs can also have the potential of being profitable; however this may be a contradicting ability to some conventional social entrepreneurs. | en |
