Description
Clinical history : A 49 year old who was diagnosed with Karposi sarcoma and was treated with radio and chemotherapy.
The patientblater developed gangrene on both scortum.
Autopsy findings : 1. Diffused intravascular coagulation.
2. Dilated cardiomyopathy.
Diagnosis: Kaposi sarcoma
