Abstract
Process improvement methods such as Business Process Reengineering, Process Analysis and Design Methodology and Business Process Management had been studied in order to select from them the most suitable one for the journal. Open access systems have been studied in order to choose one that would replace the current database and serve as a support system for the new process.
