| dc.description | Clinical history : A 5 7-year-old male with severe dyspnoea had pleural effusion on the left side on X-ray examination. | |
| dc.description | After fluid aspiration a pleural tumour mass was seen in the left basal area and biopsy showed an anaplastic mucus secreting carcinoma of unknown origin (A4630/69). | |
